At the crochet cloude, all products sold on our store are digital products delivered electronically.
Digital Products – No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for digital products once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
However, a refund may be considered only in the following cases:
The digital file is corrupted or not accessible
The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our side
Technical issues prevent access to the product and we are unable to resolve them
In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchases
Lack of knowledge or skill to use the digital product
Failure to read the product description before purchase

All digital products are delivered automatically via email or through your customer account after payment confirmation.
